What CallerFilterPro is

• • A concierge layer. Amy prepares the next step — callback request, dinner reservation option, spa appointment draft, travel option, family-review alert — and brings it back for your approval before anything is sent, booked, or shared.

What CallerFilterPro is not

• • Not a generic spam-blocker app. Amy answers and has a real conversation with the caller — she doesn't hang a wall in front of them.
• • Not a B2B / business-phone-system product. Gold and Platinum are personal- and family-line memberships. For independent medical practices, the separate product is FilterMyCalls (different brand, different sign-up).
• • Not a medical-office, executive-assistant, contractor-dispatch, or staffing solution.
• • Not currently a downloadable app in the Apple App Store or Google Play. The native iOS and Android apps are in internal testing readiness. We will update this page the day store listings are publicly available; until then, please use the web at callerfilterpro.com.
