AI Phone Concierge for personal lines.
An AI phone concierge is a piece of software that answers your inbound calls first, has a short conversation with the caller, captures who they are and why they're calling, and decides whether to ring you. CallerFilterPro is the AI Phone Concierge | Receptionist for personal and family phone lines.
How it works
Three steps from unknown call to your approval.
Step 1
Unknown call comes in
Your phone forwards unanswered, busy, or no-answer calls to your Assigned AI Receptionist Number. Amy picks up first — your phone stays quiet.
Step 2
Amy asks who and why
Amy greets the caller, asks who is calling and what they need, captures urgency, and writes a structured summary to your dashboard.
Step 3
You get context. You approve the next step.
Amy can prepare a callback request, a reservation option, a reminder, or a family-review alert — and bring it back for your approval. Nothing books, buys, or sends without your explicit OK.
What an AI phone concierge does
Amy — the assistant inside CallerFilterPro — answers every call that reaches your line first. Unknown numbers, robocalls, spam, and people you actually want to talk to are all handled the same way at the front door: Amy greets them, asks who is calling and why, captures the urgency, and writes a short summary to your dashboard. Only the calls you actually want ring through to your phone.
- • Answers first. Your phone doesn't ring for calls Amy can resolve at the front door.
- • Captures the reason. Caller name, reason, urgency, and the next step the caller is requesting.
- • Concierge next steps. Amy can prepare a callback request, a dinner reservation option, a spa appointment draft, a travel option, a reminder, or a family-review alert — and bring them back for your approval. Nothing books, buys, sends, or activates without your explicit approval.
- • Personal call protection. The screening, identification, and routing layer is the everyday core. The concierge layer rides on top of it.
What CallerFilterPro is not
The AI Phone Concierge category sits next to several adjacent tools that solve different problems. CallerFilterPro is none of these:
Not a call blocker
Call blockers (RoboKiller, Hiya, Nomorobo, Truecaller, the native Silence Unknown Callers and Google Call Screen features) try to stop bad calls. They hang a wall in front of the caller. CallerFilterPro answers and has a real conversation. Both can coexist — a blocker as a first sieve, CFP as the receptionist. But CFP is not a blocker.
Not a voicemail
Voicemail records what you missed. By the time you check it, the moment has often passed. CallerFilterPro decides whether a call needs you while the caller is still on the line, and only takes a message when that's the right outcome — with a structured summary, not a recording you have to replay.
Not a carrier device-upgrade tool
If you're looking to check device-upgrade eligibility, remaining device balance, or your carrier's upgrade status, contact your carrier (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, etc.) — CallerFilterPro does not handle device upgrades. We help you upgrade your phone call experience — what happens when a call comes in — not your hardware.
Not an app-store call-blocker app
CallerFilterPro is a network-level service, not a phone-side app. The native iOS and Android apps for managing your CallerFilterPro account are in internal testing readiness; they are NOT currently in the Apple App Store or Google Play. We will update this page the day those store listings go live.
Not a business or medical-office service
Public CallerFilterPro is a personal- and family-line membership. We do not sell to medical practices, dispatch operations, or business teams. For independent medical practices, the separate product is FilterMyCalls (different brand, different sign-up).
Not a live booking / purchase platform
Amy prepares concierge requests — dinner reservation options, spa appointment drafts, travel options, callback requests, family-review alerts. Every external action that touches money or another person is approval-required. You approve, edit, or reject before Amy sends anything.
What Amy will not do without your approval
- ✗ Send a message in your name.
- ✗ Book a restaurant table, spa appointment, or travel itinerary.
- ✗ Make a purchase or charge a card.
- ✗ Trigger a family-review alert or send a senior-protection notification.
- ✗ Transfer a caller to your live line (controlled rollout — Accept records your choice; live transfer is owner-gated).
- ✗ Share your dashboard summary with anyone outside your approved contacts.
Every external action above is approval-required by design. Amy prepares the draft; you approve, edit, or reject before anything happens.
How CallerFilterPro protects family lines
For parents, partners, and adult children of seniors, an AI phone concierge is most useful in three places:
- • Family call protection. Amy answers every unknown caller first, so vulnerable family members don't have to. The senior never has to make a decision under pressure from a fraudster — the call lands as a structured summary the family can review together.
- • Senior call screening. When you choose, Amy can prepare a per-call “senior-family-protection” alert for callers whose pattern looks suspicious. The alert is a draft — no action goes out without your approval.
- • Voice-command phone concierge. If you call your own AI Receptionist Number, you can ask Amy in your own words to prepare a dinner reservation, a callback request, a spa appointment, a reminder, or a travel option. The draft comes back for your approval.
