Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions Sanctuary at Oak Creek owners ask most — so you can find what you need without calling or chatting with Lexi for every basic question.

These owner-help FAQs answer the questions we hear most, so you can find answers on the website without having to call or chat with Lexi for every basic question. Sanctuary Get Involved is an independent owner information resource — it is not the HOA, the Board, the management company, or a legal advisor.

Getting Started

How do I create an owner account?

Open the website and choose "Sign up." Enter your name, property address, email, and a password. After you submit, the site sends a verification link to your email, and your account becomes active once your email is verified.

How do I verify my email?

Open the email from Sanctuary Get Involved and click the verification link. If it isn't in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder; you can also request a new link from the sign-in page.

How do I sign in?

Choose "Sign in," then enter the email and password you used to create your account.

How do I submit a community suggestion or a local favorite?

Sign in, open the Community section, and use Suggestions to add a local favorite, a community idea, or an area event. Owner suggestions appear to other owners after they are submitted.

Where do I manage my notification settings?

Sign in and open your Owner Hub (account) page. Your email-update and Marketplace notification preferences are managed there.

Lexi & Access Code

Is my access code the same as my website password?

No. They are two different things. Your website password signs you in to the website. Your access code is a separate five-digit code used to verify you when speaking with Lexi on the phone line. Entering your website password as the access code will not work.

Where can I see or reset my access code?

Sign in and open "My Account Details" in your Owner Hub. There you can see whether an access code is set and request an access-code reset. For your security, the website and Lexi never read the code back to you — you set or reset it yourself.

What do I use to verify on the phone line?

Use a verified email or your property address on file, together with your five-digit access code.

Why didn't Lexi say which part of my verification was wrong?

For privacy and security, Lexi cannot reveal which field was incorrect. Double-check that you are using your access code (not your website password) and the email or property address on file.

What happens if I try too many times?

Repeated failed attempts can temporarily lock verification for security. If that happens, wait and try again later, and make sure your access code is set and current in your Owner Hub.

What can Lexi help with?

Lexi is the community's owner-information assistant. It can answer common owner questions and point you to the right section of the website. It cannot disclose private account information and is not the HOA, the Board, or the management company.

Documents & Governing Information

Where do I find the governing documents?

Governing documents the community has made available are posted in the website's Documents section. These can include items such as the Declaration / CC&Rs, Bylaws, and rules or guidelines, where they have been provided.

What can Lexi tell me about the documents?

Lexi can help you find the documents and can summarize general information from the materials in its knowledge base. Summaries are for convenience only and are not a substitute for reading the actual document.

Can Lexi interpret the documents or give a legal opinion?

No. Lexi is not a lawyer and does not provide legal advice or official interpretations. For binding interpretation or formal decisions, rely on the governing documents themselves and the official Association/management channels, and consult a qualified professional for legal questions.

Where do I go for the official version?

Always rely on the official documents posted by the community and on official Association/management channels for the authoritative, current version.

ARC / Exterior Changes

Do exterior changes require approval?

In most HOA communities, many exterior changes — such as painting, fences, roofs, and similar modifications — require Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval before work begins. Review the community's governing documents for the specific changes that require approval and the process to request it.

Can Sanctuary Get Involved or Lexi approve my project?

No. Neither Sanctuary Get Involved nor Lexi can grant approval, predict an approval decision, or speak for the ARC, the Board, or management. Official approval comes only through the Association's own process.

Where do I submit an ARC request?

Through the official process described in your governing documents, or by contacting management for the appropriate forms and requirements.

Community Suggestions & Marketplace

What are community suggestions and local favorites?

They are owner-submitted recommendations and ideas — for example, favorite local places, community ideas, and area events. They reflect the views of the owners who submitted them, not official positions of the Association.

How does the Owner Marketplace work?

The Owner Marketplace is where owners post and find buy/sell listings for items. It is separate from Local Favorites and Suggestions. You must be signed in with an active owner account to view item details or post a listing.

Are seller contact details public?

No. Seller contact details are shown only to signed-in owners and never appear on public pages.

Does Sanctuary Get Involved guarantee Marketplace items or transactions?

No. Listings are owner-provided. Sanctuary Get Involved does not guarantee items, sellers, buyers, prices, condition, delivery, payment, or any transaction, and does not inspect, broker, ship, or hold funds. Owners deal with each other directly, are responsible for their own transactions, and should use their own judgment.

Are suggestions or listings official endorsements?

No. Owner suggestions, favorites, and listings are shared for information only and are not official endorsements by Sanctuary Get Involved, the HOA, the Board, or management.

Official Management Contact

Who is the community association manager?

Tina Picciano, CMCA, AMS, LCAM, is the Community Association Manager with Inframark Infrastructure Management Services.

How do I contact community management?

You can reach the community association manager, Tina Picciano, by email at TPicciano@Inframark.com or by phone at (813) 991-1116. The office address is 2654 Cypress Ridge Blvd., Suite 101, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544.

Is Sanctuary Get Involved the HOA or the management company?

No. Sanctuary Get Involved is an independent owner information resource and is not the HOA, the Board of Directors, the management company, legal counsel, or an official Association communication channel.

What should I contact management for?

Contact Inframark or the community association manager for official HOA, management, account, assessment, ARC/architectural, violation, notice, or other formal Association matters. Sanctuary Get Involved can help you find information and point you to the right place, but it does not act as the official authority and cannot resolve those matters itself.
