Sanctuary Owner Rewards — Program Terms

These terms govern the Sanctuary Owner Rewards referral program, an independent owner-participation program operated by Sanctuary Get Involved.

Publix Supermarkets is not a sponsor or administrator of Sanctuary Owner Rewards.

  1. 1.No purchase is necessary.
  2. 2.There is no random drawing. This is not a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or contest.
  3. 3.Points are earned only for qualified, verified Sanctuary owner referrals. Each qualified referral earns 7.5 points.
  4. 4.At least 40 points earns a $50 Publix Supermarkets gift card.
  5. 5.At least 90 points earns a $100 Publix Supermarkets gift card.
  6. 6.At least 300 points earns a $250 Publix Supermarkets gift card.
  7. 7.Because points are issued in 7.5-point increments, a balance may exceed a threshold.
  8. 8.Once the applicable point threshold is reached through verified qualified referrals, the corresponding Publix Supermarkets gift card will be issued.
  9. 9.Administrative verification confirms eligibility and prevents fraud; it is not discretionary approval.
  10. 10.The applicable threshold amount is deducted only after the reward is issued; remaining points continue forward.
  11. 11.Invalid, duplicate, self, fraudulent, test, synthetic, unverified, or ineligible referrals do not count.
  12. 12.Self-referrals do not qualify. Suspicious or same-household referrals may require additional verification.
  13. 13.Referral attribution is ordinarily assigned to the first valid referrer.
  14. 14.Referrers do not receive private details about referred owners.
  15. 15.Publix Supermarkets is not a sponsor or administrator of this program.
  16. 16.Sanctuary Get Involved is independent and is not operated by the HOA, Board, management company, or legal counsel, and is responsible for issuing earned rewards.
  17. 17.Any tax responsibility, if applicable, remains with the recipient.
  18. 18.Abuse may result in disqualification and account restriction.
